| The way I do it is go to a place like tinypic or imageshack. Then upload the picture there and copy the link you get. Put that link into the sig area in the My Profile section. The link you get should look something like this, ["img]http://i39.tinypic.com/2vvmjgk.jpg[/img"] without the quotation marks. Hope that helps.
