My most anticipated RPG of all time. I had great fun with Diablo 2, and it can only get better from there.

I really do not like the look of the Diablo games.

The top down perspective is a bit of an annoyance to me.

I thought so too, until I gave it a try. It's a lot of fun to watch hordes of enemies come at your character from all directions and decimate them all.

What class did you like most from the last game Redenbacher? I had a lvl 99 sorc with full perfect topaz socketed tal rasha set for MF, a lvl 58 necro that was full summoning, summons are fun, personal army that grows with each enemy you kill and I had a lvl 90 barb with Half of Imortal Kings as well, frenzy is HELLA fun lol.

Also, I've looked up alot of details about the game and seen the early gameplay vids, but are skills going to be resettable this time? Thats one thing i really hated about the last one was if you messed up 1 point in your skill tree you'd be screwed forever.

Oh and the gender change thing is great, now i can have a wizard that doesn't prance around in a skirt biggrin The action bar thing is going to be weird tho, its going to feel a good bit like WoW from what I've seen.

My favorite was my ice sorc... nothing could touch me, they all froze and then exploded. I had a barb as well, polelance w/ WW was tons of fun. Didn't get all that far though... you have me beat as far as that goes wink

A bit like WoW, yea, but it was really annoying to only be able to have 2 skills active and hotkey the rest. I like having an action bar and all my skills easily accessible for when I need them. Having a bit of a WoW feel isn't horrible, the interface is actually rather nice and easy to use.

I don't doubt blizzard will keep the diablo feel however, they've been very good so far to keep to the roots of their past games, but expanding greatly on sequels.

This might be fun. I loved my hammerdins in D2, and my tele-war in the first one.

Sure hope they keep the random generator. It is what makes diablo for me.

Wierd that they call it Diablo though. The Lord of Terror should be quite dead & done by now tongue

I hope it turns out well, its by far my most anticipated game atm...I still play Diablo 2 now and then, its just a really good game. Randomness, amazing looking armor that takes A LOT of time to get, and a pretty gritty/dark storyline, just pure win imo.

I have stopped playing on battle-net though. Have a bunch of lan characters though..

Yea I just play by myself or I'll have a friend come lan with me and we'll play through it if we get burnt out of 360 or other games.

I have quite a few paladins and necros on my mac right now. My pride and joy is an 85 hammerdin.

The sweetest deal with singleplayer is the set players 8 command. XP-galore!
